After a Not-So-Great Experience, I Found Them the Right Agent

Dan & Zack had already relocated to San Diego from Seattle. They had worked with me to find their perfect starter home in Seattle years prior and we had kept in touch. Once they were in San Diego, they met an agent through some friends so when they felt ready to start shopping for a house there they figured she would be an easy fit. We would chat here and there throughout the process, and she seemed great! Dan and Zack appreciated that she had lots of energy, was really enthusiastic, and the fact that she was newer to the industry didn't seem like a dealbreaker.

I told them to keep me posted and let me know if they needed anything.

A couple weeks went by. I checked in. And their response was something along the lines of... "yeah, so that's not working out."

I connected them with my friend Mark in San Diego, a real estate agent with 15 years in the business, and someone I trust completely. Before you knew it, they found a house they loved and won it in a multiple offer situation. And my favorite detail? Mark called me first before he even told them. We all got to celebrate together!
