4 Make An Offer

When you’re ready to make a move, we’ll work together to craft a strong, competitive offer to win the home you’ve been dreaming about. We love negotiating and helping you win!
5 Mutual Acceptance & Open Escrow

Once all parties have agreed to specific terms of the offer, we’re on the path to closing day. Our transaction coordinator steps in to get into the nitty gritty details and escrow is opened.
6 Inspection
Leave no stone unturned
It’s time to understand the health of the home. There are a few different deciding factors as to when and why you’ll get an inspection, and we’ll be by your side to say when!
7 Appraisal

A swift sequence of events begins when it’s time to officially close on your home. You and your lender will take the final steps to purchasing your home. Then it’s time for you to get the keys to your new house!
