1400 E Pike St,Sam is the calm-in-the-chaos friend you want in your corner. You can always count on Sam to show up with a plan and a spreadsheet to keep everyone on the same page. Steady energy? Check. Clear communication? Double-check. Sam’s got a knack for keeping big, moving parts organized (without making it feel overwhelming). In real estate, Sam’s superpower is making the process feel more informed, empowering, and doable even for first timers—because you always know what’s happening next.
Born and raised in sunny San Diego, Sam grew up around real estate. With parents and grandparents who invested in property and a dad who worked as a general contractor, weekends often meant wandering job sites and getting a behind-the-scenes look at how homes come together.
After earning her Business degree from San Diego State University, she spent over a decade in HR and recruiting program management at startups and tech companies, including many years at Amazon. During this time, she sharpened her ability to solve problems creatively, communicate with anyone, and keep complex timelines moving. A graduation trip sparked her love for Seattle, and in 2018 she made the move to the PNW.
Sam’s own first home purchase in 2022 was the moment it all clicked: even with great support, the process can feel confusing and overwhelming - sometimes you don’t even know what questions to ask. Just a couple of years later, she decided to change that for other buyers and sellers. She said “see ya later!” to corporate life and launched her real estate business with one goal: to make the journey to homeownership more informed, empowering, and approachable.
Sam loves working with first-time buyers and first-time sellers, and she has a special talent for guiding people through the logistical challenges of selling a home while buying the next one. She leads with education, makes sure her clients truly understand what’s happening every step of the process, and brings honest guidance (plus a little humor) to every step. There is also almost always an Excel spreadsheet involved!
When she’s not helping clients find a place to call home, Sam is enjoying her own mortgage in West Seattle with her partner, Bryce, and their two cats, Penelope and Charlie. She loves the neighborhood pride in West Seattle, the mix of old and new, and being close to the water. You’ll also find her gardening in the neighborhood p-patch, baking sourdough, tackling home DIY projects. When she’s not at home, she’s embracing the best of the PNW with road trips, ski weekends, fishing, and time with friends.
