About Ian Gordon

Ian is a Zen master and a balancing act extraordinaire. A true Georgia peach, he grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta and always dreamed of living in a big city, but knew that the South wasn’t for him (the humidity doesn’t help). His dad and grandmother lived in Anacortes/San Juan Island, so during childhood summers and holidays, he would come and visit while exploring all the PNW had to offer. After high school, he decided to give Seattle a try and moved here in 200,7, never looking back!

 

Ian didn’t find real estate; he likes to say that real estate found him. While attending school for psychology, he started an admin role at a real estate office. A mentor in the office told him they’d help him get his license if he put in the work, and he said yes, thanks to a smart life philosophy: If he can’t rationalize himself out of something, he should absolutely just do it!

 

Ian loves real estate and helping people. Advocating for client success and giving lots of hugs is his specialty. He also loves the fast-paced nature of the biz. Ian helps sort out the good ideas from the bad, plus his cool and collected nature adds a sense of balance to an otherwise stressful process.

 

When Ian’s not busy helping clients, he’s probably watching a silly reality TV show, hanging out with friends, cruising around town on his “Specialized” bicycle, traveling, or geeking out over some new hot car news!
