Amber grew up in the Seattle suburbs and earned her degree in Communication and Sales from the University of Washington before heading to California to explore her creative side. In Los Angeles, she worked as a makeup artist in the film industry and as a high-end home stager. It didn’t take long to realize real estate was where she truly belonged, so she returned home to Seattle to build her career.

After years honing her skills as a top producing real estate agent in the Seattle market, Amber embraced a new adventure when her husband’s career took them to try out life in San Francisco. She relocated and for a period of time split her life between the Bay Area and Seattle. With listings and clients still in Seattle, she became known for helping people relocate the right way—by connecting them with the right agent for their new city, not just whoever shows up first on Google. Amber loves helping buyers and sellers find an agent who is going to provide the Society NW experience, no matter where they live! 

Amber understands from first-hand experience what it feels like to land somewhere new and try to figure out everything at once—neighborhoods, lifestyle, commute, and what “home” should look like in a new season of life. In Seattle, Amber is a neighborhood expert. In San Francisco, she’s loved getting to know the city’s micro-neighborhoods and all the little things that make each one special—parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and hidden gems. She also has a soft spot for old, original architecture and loves learning about how historic homes can be preserved and honored while still blending with a modern lifestyle.

On a perfect Saturday, you’ll find Amber brunching with her husband and their adorable Goldendoodle, roaming the city for new shops, then cooking a delicious dinner for friends while the sun goes down—glass of wine in hand, of course. When she’s not working, she loves morning coffee walks, taking and teaching pilates, traveling, shopping, discovering great gluten-free spots, and entertaining at home with friends. When she’s ready to truly unwind, you’ll often find her soaking up the sunshine in Palm Springs or traveling to a new city where she has a multitude of new neighborhoods to explore.
