Trilogy at Redmond Ridge in Washington is a master-planned 55+ community that’s perfectly positioned just northeast of the hustle and bustle of Redmond’s core. Surrounded by the Pacific Northwest’s natural beauty, you’ll find plenty of ways to get outside and stay active both in and around the community.

Our latest home listing is this expansive one-level home that features the Bainbridge Floor Plan, a 1,870-square-foot layout with 2 bedrooms (plus an office) and 2 baths.

The seller of this home has loved her time in Trilogy, and we asked her to give us an inside look at what it has been like to live here. Her top two favorite things about living here were the sense of community and the location that offers the best of outdoor adventure and city convenience. Here are a few more details!

What Are Your Favorite Things About Living in Trilogy at Redmond Ridge?

  1. The Sense of Community

“I was part of a very active community, and there were always day trips to sign up for. This was a great way to meet new friends. I liked being in a place where there were people of my own age group.”

  1. Perfect Fusion of Outdoor Adventure & City Convenience

“My favorite thing about Trilogy was that it was an almost rural community with access to beautiful hiking trails in a quiet setting. That being said, there was also a shopping center nearby with everything one would need from groceries to dentists to restaurants and more.”
